FIT-OUT

Our team works alongside your architect, designer and/or project manager to deliver high-quality interior fit out services. This includes installation of partitions, ceilings, floors and furnishings, and MEP to make the interior fit out ready for occupancy. We have many different solutions to suit your needs and requirements.

DESIGN & BUILD

PAC provides full design and interior fit-out services in-house and under one single turnkey solutions contract. A design and build contract with specifications and product selection has the potential to reduce overall project risks and costs. Our in-house engineering team always aims to reduce costs and increase the base value of your budget.

FF&E

As part of our services, our professional procurement team of FF&E consultants work closely with suppliers to provide fully customised furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) solutions. Our specialised expertise ensures delivery within timeline and budget, and promises to bring your project to life.
